The difference is who finds the people. In Novelworx Hire & Deploy staffing, Novelworx recruits and vets the workers, then employs them on its rolls at your site. In payrolling, you choose the workers yourself and Novelworx employs them. In both models, Novelworx runs payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, attendance, leave and exits.

Being on Novelworx rolls means Novelworx is the legal employer while the person works at a client site. Novelworx issues the employment terms, pays salaries, deducts and deposits PF, ESIC, PT and TDS where they apply, and handles leave and exits. The client directs the day-to-day work and pays Novelworx under a service contract.

Novelworx carries the employer obligations for people on its rolls and helps clients keep their own principal employer registrations and records in order under the applicable central and state law.
