At onboarding you get a dedicated account manager. Steady-state delivery follows, with monthly reporting and quarterly reviews against the SLA.

The most useful enquiries tell Novelworx the roles you need, the approximate headcount, the cities or sites, and when you need people to start. For payroll or compliance work, include your current set-up and any known gaps. Novelworx uses this to prepare for the discovery call and shape the proposal.
